SOLUTION
Refer from F.1 to F.4
Check the condition of the fan and the fan cover. If
necessary, clean or replace them.
Check the distance between the fan cover inlet and the wall
Adapt the environmental conditions to the motor operating
limits.
Replace with motor suitable for environmental conditions
Reduce the number of starts
Change the power supply voltage or the motor
Check and correct the power supply voltage on the three
phases.
Clean the bearings and relubricate
Lubricate the bearings
Recheck and resize the load
Re-calibrate the relay
Replace the relay
Change the power supply voltage or the motor
Tighten all terminals
Disassemble and repair
Bring back the operating conditions within the permissible
limits
Check and correct the power supply voltage on the three
phases.
Replace the cable
Rewind the motor
Disassemble the group and repair
Correct the connection according to the connection
diagrams
Disassemble the group and repair
Correct the alignment and leveling of the group.
Check the balancing of the complete group
Reverse the direction of rotation
Tighten the fixing screws correctly
Check the design of the foundations, the system and the
installation in general.
Replace the bearings
