possible reason
The robot is controlled
by a microcomputer.
Possible serious dam-
age to it.
No power supply.
If the charging station
is not installed cor-
rectly, the robotic
mower cannot enter it.
High power cable close
to or underneath the
boundary wire affects
the boundary signal.
Objects on the bound-
ary wire blocked the
mower's movement.

action
Try to reboot the robot; a continuing
error indicates a serious damage to
the mother board.
1. Make sure the main power switch is
"ON".
2. When you first use the robotic
mower the battery may not be fully
charged. Put the robotic mower into
its charging station.
3. Hit the power key on control panel,
then input PIN and start the robotic
mower.
4. If the screen is still off, please carry
the robotic mower to the charge sta-
tion. Make sure the main switch is
"ON"
for the battery to be charged.
1. Make sure the LED indicator on the
charging station is constant green.
2. Check if the boundary wire under
and in front of the charger are
aligned.
3. Check if the charging station is po-
sitioned correctly.
Check if there is a high-power cable
close to the boundary wire or under-
neath it; change the position of the
boundary wire.
Remove any obstacle on the bound-
ary.
Relocate the boundary wire.
On loose ground, the obstacle sen-
sors may not trigger and the wheels
may spin.
