2. Mount the inline gearbox (9) to the linear unit (7): Insert the seal (6) between
the two components and tighten the housing with 4 screws (5).
3. Place the seal (4) on the inline gearbox (9), then attach the motor adapter
(10) to the inline gearbox and tighten the screws (3).
4. Mount the coupling (11) with screw (13) to the motor (12).
5. Place the seal (2) in the slot on the motor adapter (10).
6. Mount the motor (12) on the motor adapter (10): Tighten the screws (1).

Procedure
1. Mount the linear unit (11) to the gearbox (2): Insert the seal (12) between the
two components and tighten the screws (1).
2. Mount the coupling (10) with screw (13) to the motor (8). See section
g 6.6.2 Assembling the
3. Mount the motor adapter (5) to the gearbox (2): Insert the seal (4) between
the two components and tighten the screws (6).
4. Insert the seal (7) in the cut-out in the motor adapter (5) and tighten the mo-
tor adapter with 4 screws (9).
6.6.5 Detection of mechanical end stops
• The mechanical end stops of the linear unit are not designed to absorb shocks
during normal operation:
– Install limit switches so that the end stops are not bumped during normal
operation (material protection).
– During limit switch installation: Observe the safety distance for sufficient
overtravel.

Mount the sensors from above:

1. Align the cable ends towards the motor.
2. Insert the sensors from above into the required position in the slot and fix with

eccentric screw.
3. Route the cable along the profile slot.

4. Insert the cable into the slots of the plastic covers and push the cover to-
gether with the cable into the slot.
