To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
Turn on the tap (A).

Unscrew the cap (B).
2)
Turn the water spout (C) towards the fi ller
3)
connection (D).
Turn on the taps (E) to fi ll the jacket.
4)
When water starts to fl ow from the tap (A),
5)
turn off the taps (E) to avoid overfi lling.
Turn the tap (A) fully off and screw the cap (B)
6)
back into place.
To empty the jacket, unscrew the cap (F)
7)
provided underneath the appliance.
Caution - Warning
Never open the jacket fi ller cap (B) or the
level checking tap (A) when the appliance is
in operation or still hot.
To avoid any health and safety risks (back
injuries) arising from the handling of the equip-
ment, the basket containing the product must
be removed by two operatives or with the aid of
suitable lifting equipment.
ATo avoid scalding, suitable equipment (gloves,
hooks, etc.) should be used when pulling out
the handles used to lift the basket.

IIf the safety thermostat is tripped because the
water level in the jacket is too low, the appli-
ance has to be restored to working conditions
as follows.
Check and if necessary top up the water level

in the jacket (see page 10).
Open the hatch (A).
2)
Press the button (B) of the safety thermostat to

restore the gas supply.
Close the door (A) when the operation is
4)
complete.
