Notice!
Damage if used before prop-
erly prepared
Using the air humidifier before it
is fully prepared can damage the
membrane fibers in the humidifier
module.
→ Wait 20 minutes after filling
tank before connecting air humid-
ifier to air regulator and breathing
protection hood.
Information!
During normal operation, empty
and refill water tank after three
hours of use. Warm air (e.g. in
the summer or when using the air
warmer) shortens the operating
time.
Information!
Fill air humidifier in an upright
position for the best view of the
fill level.
■ Open filling plug
■ Fill with distilled water up to maximum
[25-2]

■ Insert and close filling plug. Note
[25-3]

■ Wait 20 minutes.

Preparation for use
Notice!
The air humidifier features a non
self-closing quick-release cou-
pling [4-1].
→ To prevent hazards resulting
from free dispersal of com-
pressed air, first insert air hose of
breathing protection hood [0-2]
at air humidifier [0-11] before
supplying air regulator [0-7] or
[0-8] with compressed air.
■ Route air regulator connection hose
[0-4] through belt loop [0-3] and
insert at air regulator [0-7] / [0-8].
■ Route breathing protection hose
from breathing protection hood [0-2]
through belt loop and insert at air
humidifier [0-11].
■ Connect compressed air safety hose
[0-9] to air regulator [0-7] / [0-8].
■ Set the required air flow for the air
flow regulator [2-2] / [3-2] on the air
regulator so that the indicator on the
pressure gauge [15-1] is in the green
zone [15-2].
The air humidifier is ready for use.
