7 - Connect the pressure gauge (F) to the pressure
test point.
8 - Turn the gas supply tap back on.
9 - Light the burner and turn the control knob to the
maximum temperature setting.
10 - Set the pressure to 11 mbar with screw (G).
After making the setting, seal the screw with
paint.
11 - Turn the control knob anti-clockwise to the
lowest power setting.
Note: You will hear the click of the adjasting to minimum.
12 - Adjust the pressure using the screw (H) to suit
the type of gas being supplied, until the corre-
sponding value appears on the pressure gauge
(see table of injectors).
– Turn clockwise to increase the pressure.
– Turn anticlockwise to decrease the pressure.

ADJUSTING THE LID COUNTER-BALANCING

To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1 - Fit the spanner (A) onto the hexagon (B).

2 - Keep a firm grip on the spanner (A) and undo
the locking screws (C).
3 - Turn the spanner (A) clockwise to load the
spring or anti-clockwise to release it.
4 - Once the correct balance is obtained, screw in
the screws (C) without tightening them fully.
5 - Use the spanner (A) to turn the shaft until it is
located in one of the seats provided.
6 - Fully tighten the screws (C).

13 - Switch off the burner, turn off the gas supply tap
and disconnect the pressure gauge.
14 - Restore the initial conditions after completing
the operation.
Liquid gas
To carry out this operation, proceed as follows.
1 - Turn off the gas supply tap.
2 - Pull off knob (A) and disassemble handle (B).
3 - Remove the knob units (L).
4 - Undo the screws (C) and remove the panel (D).
5 - Fully tighten down screws (G-H).
After making the setting, seal the screw with
paint.
6 - Restore the initial conditions after completing
the operation.
