CAUSES OF DAMAGE (Not covered by warranty)
1. Do not cover or place accessories on the cavity floor; aluminium foil,
greaseproof paper or crockery. Do not place crockery on the cavity floor if
an operating temperature higher than 50°C has been set. Otherwise, heat
build-up will occur and the enamel will be damaged.
2. Aluminium foil: The aluminium foil in the cavity must not come into
contact with the door glass. This could cause permanent discolouration of
the door glass.
3. Silicone pans: Do not use silicone pans, mats, covers or accessories
containing silicone. The oven sensor may be damaged.
4. Water in a hot cooking compartment: Do not pour water into the cavity
when it is hot. This will generate steam and cause damage.
5. Moisture in the cavity: If left for a long period of time, moisture in the
cavity may cause corrosion. Allow the oven to dry out after use. Do not
store moist food in the closed cavity for prolonged periods. Do not store
food in the cavity.
6. Do not cool the oven with the door open: after operation at high
temperatures, let the oven cool down on its own with the door closed.
Avoid getting anything caught in the oven door. Even if the door is left
open only a crack, the front of nearby furniture may be damaged over
time. Let the oven dry with the door open only if a lot of moisture has been
produced during operation (see figure).
7. Fruit juice: When baking particularly juicy fruit tarts, do not fill the baking
tray with too much fruit juice. Fruit juice dripping from the baking tray
leaves stains that cannot be removed. It is strongly recommended that
you use deeper universal trays. Transporting the oven: Do not carry or
hold the oven by the door handle. The door handle cannot support the
weight of the oven and could break.
8. Heavily soiled gasket: If the gasket is heavily soiled, the oven door will not
close properly during operation. The front parts of adjacent units may be
damaged. Always keep the gasket clean.
9. Oven door as a seat, shelf or worktop: Do not sit on the oven door or place
or hang anything on it. Do not place cooking utensils or accessories on
the oven door.
