Steam cleaning function
This function uses steam to soften the dirt in-
side the cavity, making it easier to clean.
1. Turn on the system, push and pull out the wa-
ter box. Inject 1000ml of fresh water into the
water box.
2. Push the water tank into the appropriate place
in the oven.
3. In standby mode, press the "A" button seve-
ral times until the display shows "A11", which
means that the oven enters the steam clea-
ning function with a preset time of "05:00min".
4. Press "
" to start the programme.
NOTES: Steam cleaning time cannot be adjus-
ted. Press the pause button or open the door to
stop the cleaning process. Close the door and
press the start button to restart the cleaning pro-
cess.
Automatic descaling
function
For best results in cleaning and descaling the
steamer, use detergent with sodium citrate.
Follow the manufacturer's instructions indicated
on the packaging. It is suggested to use the
descaling function after the steam function has
been running for 20 hours.
1. Remove the water reservoir and fill it with
1000ml water
2. Put the water tank in place.
3. In standby mode, press the button "
several times until the display shows "A10",
which means that the oven enters the auto-
matic descaling function with a preset time of
"40:00 min".

The tank icon will light up and the rest will disa-
ppear, this shows the current water level (water,
no water, full of water).

5. When the remaining time is 10:00 min, the
programme stops and reminds you of the lack
of water. Remove the water tank and pour out
the water. Clean the water tank thoroughly.
6. Change water, repeat steps 3 and 4.

NOTE: The descaling process must not be
stopped. If the descaling process stops before
completion, the entire programme must be
started from step 3.
Press the automatic programme selection button and
PHB861 / PHTV862 / PHP 864 / *PH
select the A10 programme whose duration is 40
minutes, then the disqualification process will start.
