button to enter the target. Turn it to increase or decrease the value, then, press the button
again to confirm the setting. While exercising, the values of these four functions will be

will go into sleep mode (the display will be switched off). Press the button to switch it back on.
Error codes
E1 (ERROR 1):
If you are training, but the console does not receive any data from the training for 4 seconds,
the error code E1 will be displayed.
E2 (ERROR 2):
When the console has problems reading the data saved in the memory, the error code E2 will
appear on the display as soon as the console is switched on.
E3 (ERROR 3):
If you are training and the bike has not exited STOP mode after 4 seconds, the error code E3
will appear on the display.
PROGRAMMES:
-
The bike has the following programmes (Fig. 8)
-
P1: Manual. This is the default programme, with no programmed resistance changes. The
user can choose between any resistance level.
-
P2: Steps. It simulates a staggered ascent.
-
P3: Hill. It simulates climbing a mountain slope.
-
P4: Rolling. Reproduces a normal route with climbs and descents by adjusting the
resistance automatically.
-
P5: Valley. It simulates the course of a valley (downhill and then uphill).
-
P6: Fat Burn. Adjust your training so that the intensity is just right for targeted fat loss
training.
-
P7: Ramp. Training that reproduces the prolonged ascent prior to a slight descent.
-
P8: Mountain. Simulates the ascent and descent of a mountain slope.
-
P9: Intervals. It reproduces an interval training: it alternates between high and low

intensity training.
-
P10: Random. Modification of the resistance in a random way.
-
P11: Plateau. Simulates the route of a plateau or high plateau.
-
P12: Fartlek. It reproduces Fartlek training, which combines times at a higher intensity with
times at a lower intensity.
-
P13: Precipice. Simulates an intense climb with an intense descent.
-
P14: Watt Control. It is a programme in which you can enter the power target to be
developed in training.
