Remove all packaging materials.
Before cleaning, make sure that the mains plug has been removed from the
socket.
Before the first and each subsequent use, clean all parts that come into contact
with the ice cream (lid

, etc.). Carefully dry all parts after cleaning.
Place the ice-cream maker onto a stable, level, non-slip and heat-resistant sur-
face. This is the only way to ensure that the compressor functions properly.
After setting up the appliance, wait at least 2 hours before operating it. Leave the
lid open for at least 2 hours.
Place the aluminium container in the cooling chamber.
Place the motor block
Place the stirrer onto the drive shaft
Place the lid, incl. motor block and stirrer, into the cooling chamber.
Turn the lid towards the closed lock symbol
Connect the appliance to a properly installed mains socket. The local mains
voltage must match the voltage stated in the technical specifications for the ap-
pliance.
