Insert the mains plug into the socket and turn the dial towards
cream mode.
Once the appliance has been switched on, it will cool down the temper-
ature in the aluminium container automatically. The preparation time
depends on the recipe and the external temperature.
If the ice cream mixture has reached the desired consistency, you can in-
terrupt the process early and remove the ice cream.
If the ice cream becomes too thick and the motor jams meaning that the
stirrer will no longer turn, a beep will sound. The ice cream will still be
cooled down to the desired consistency.

Opening the lid for a longer period of time can cause the temperature
inside the cooling chamber to increase. This causes the ice cream to lose
its consistency.
