• 268 g low-fat vanilla
yoghurt
• 33 g granulated
sugar
. Cleaning
 Regularly clean surfaces that may come into contact with food.
WARNING!
Risk of electric shock!
The appliance, the mains plug and the motor block
must not be submerged in water or other liquids or
held under running water as this may result in an elec-
tric shock.
 Unplug the appliance from the power socket when
cleaning the appliance.

Preparation
 Place sugar and water into a pan and bring
to a boil over a medium heat.
 Then allow the sugar syrup to cook at a low
temperature for 3–5 minutes.
 Remove the syrup from the hob and leave it
to cool down.
 Once it has cooled down, add the lemon
juice and finely chopped lemon zest.
 Switch on the ice-cream maker and pour
the finished lemon mixture into the alu-
minium container. You can now turn the ice
cream mixture into ice cream as described
in this user manual. This process takes ap-
prox. 50–60 minutes.
 Place milk and chocolate into a mixer and
mix for 20 to 30 seconds until the mixture is
smooth.
 Add vanilla yoghurt and granulated sugar
and a mix for around 15 seconds until the
mixture is smooth.
 Switch on the ice-cream maker and pour
the finished mixture into the aluminium
container.
 You can now turn the ice cream mixture
into ice cream as described in this user
manual. This process takes approx. 50–60
minutes.
