4 SAFETY INFORMATION
4.1 O Handling a new forklift
truck
The performance and service life of the forklift
truck depend heavily on how you handle the
new truck. During the first 100 hours of
operation, pay special attention to the following:
Ensure that the new truck receives an
inspection and a periodic maintenance as
indicated in the Operator Manual.
Avoid rough operation and overwork of the
truck.
Do not rev up the engine unnecessarily. (IC
trucks)
After starting the engine, allow it to warm up
fully before starting the operation. (IC truck)
