(3) Lean away! Lean in the opposite direction
of the tip over.
Note that the operator should always wear the
safety devices and be sure that they work
properly before operating the truck.
5.7.3 After tip over
• Turn off the key and quickly move away
from the truck.
• Immediately report to a supervisor.
• Set the truck upright as soon as possible.
Lift the truck at lifting points using suitable
and reliable lifting equipment and be sure to
use cables that are rated for more weight
than that of the truck.
• Disconnect the battery and check that there
is no leakage of fuel or battery electrolyte.
&CAUTION
After a tip over, the truck should not be used un-
til it is inspected and/or repaired by qualified
service technicians.
