Freno tipo FM
Principio di funzionamento
Il freno FM è un freno di tipo elettromagnetico in corrente continua
che agisce in assenza di alimentazione mediante la pressione eser-
citata da molle.
Caratteristiche:
- Tensione di alimentazione alternata monofase 230V±10% 50/60Hz
oppure 400V±10% 50/60Hz
- Servizio S1, isolamento classe F;
- Guarnizione d'attrito silenziosa, senza amianto, con doppia superfi-
cie frenante;
- Disco freno in acciaio scorrevole su mozzo trascinatore scanalato;
- Momento frenante fisso regolato in funzione della coppia erogata
dal motore (vedasi M
nelle tabelle "Prestazioni")

Operation
The FM brake is a d. c. electromagnetic brake and acts with no
power supply through the pressure of the springs.

Die FM Bremse ist eine DC Elektromagentische Bremse Sie arbeitet
ohne Einspeisung von Spannung mit Hilfe von Druckfedern.

A richiesta:
- Leva di sblocco manuale con ritorno automatico, asta della leva
asportabile; utile per effettuare movimenti manuali in caso di assenza
di tensione o durante l'installazione; la posizione della leva è in asse
con la scatola morsettiera; a richiesta possono essere valutate posi-
zioni differenti;
- Microswitch per segnalare lo stato di blocco o sblocco freno;
- kit di protezione (Cuffia + O-Ring), utile sia per impedire l'ingresso di
sporcizia dall'esterno verso il freno sia per evitare che la polvere di
usura della guarnizione d'attrito venga dispersa nell'ambiente;
- predisposizione con foro esagonale incassato sull'estremità d'albe-
ro lato opposto comando per rotazione manuale tramite chiave
esagonale diritta;
- anello in acciaio inox interposto tra scudo motore e disco freno,
abbinato a protezione/trattamenti anticorrosione del freno per applica-
zione in condizioni particolari (es. installazioni all'aperto);
- momento frenante regolabile dal 35 al 100% di M
tabella, tramite grani di regolazione posti sul corpo freno;
- volano d'inerzia per avviamento e frenata progressivi.
On request:

through adjusting screws set on the brake body;
