Dismantling the solar system
7150_ia_05
The solar system is dismantled in the reverse order of how it is assembled and this process
can be divided into the following steps:
1.
Cover solar panel with an opaque material.
2.
Switch off the solar system.
3.
Disconnect and remove the battery.
4.
Remove the measuring transducer (optional).
5.
Remove the solar cable.
6.
Remove the solar panel.
7.
Removing the control cabinet.
WARNING: Fall hazard
When using climbing and assembly aids, such as ladders or raised platforms, the relevant
safety regulations must be observed. The climbing and assembly aids must not be braced
on the control cabinet.
Always ensure that they are stable.
WARNING: Risk of electric shock
Solar panels can produce hazardous voltages whenever exposed to sunlight. Even when
not in full sunlight.
1. If uninstallation is carried out during the day, cover the solar panel with an opaque
material.

Switching off the solar system
In order to prevent the risk of electrical damage when dismantling the solar system, the
following order must be observed:
1. Remove fuse F1 (solar panel) from the fuse terminal block.
2. Remove fuse F2 (battery) from the fuse terminal block.
3. Remove fuse F3 (loads) from the fuse terminal block.
7.2
Disconnecting and removing the battery
CAUTION: Risk of electric shock
1. Avoid short circuits between the battery poles.
2. Only use insulated tools.
3. Carefully disconnect the solar panel connecting cables from the connection terminal
blocks in the specified order:
a) Negative pole - connecting cable (e.g., black*).
b) Positive pole - connecting cable (e.g., red*).
