3.5.2. TIG SYSTEM START-UP.
1º) Make sure the mains voltage is 230 V.
2º) Verify that the torch polarity is negative (it can be seen opening the lateral mobile of the equipment).
3º) Check that the gas is Argon and adjust the flow between 9 and 12 l/min. If it has a mobile workstation, check
that the gas bottle is securely held by the bottle-holder system. Above all, check that the safety chain is
perfectly fastened.
4º) Install the pressure regulator 6 and connect the gas hose 5 checking that there are no leakages throughout
the whole circuit.
5º) Connect the TIG torch 10 to Euroconnector B.
6º) Connect supply cable 1 with the suitable plug to the relevant single-phase tap. See section 2.2.
7º) Bleed gas using the torch button, checking that the flow is between 6 and 12 l/min.

3.5.4. COOLED TIG SYSTEM START-UP.
1º) Make sure the mains voltage is 230 V.

5º) Connect the cooling unit to equipment using the cable 13.
6º) Connect the TIG torch 15 to Euroconnector B.
7º) Respecting the colours blue and red, connect the hoses 12 to torch 15 and cooling unit.
8º) Connect supply cable 1 with the suitable plug to the relevant single-phase tap. See section 2.2.
9º) Bleed gas by means P5 button, checking that the flow is between 6 and 12 l/min.
10º) Switch on the cooling and check that coolant liquid is within the indicated levels.
11º) Select in the Control Panel within the cooling process between the options Switch-on or Automatic (REF.
ON/AUT).
