A weighing module is installed on the station. This is loaded with workpieces via the rotary lifting cylinder.
A tactile measurement can be used to determine the filling level or height for MPS workpieces. A scales
present on the station (implemented with load cell) can measure the exact weight of the workpieces.
Following evaluation, the workpiece is transported back to the belt by the rotary lifting cylinder.
Depending on the result the workpieces are either transported to the end of the belt or ejected onto a slide
with filling level monitoring.
The following checking/measuring versions are used in the station:
