9.6 The Slide module

The filling levels "half-full" and "full" are monitored using the attached diffuse sensors.

• Danger of entanglement!
There is a danger of entanglement in the area of the ball return of the conveyor!
Never reach into this area while in operation!

Switch off the power supply!
– Switch off both the operating power and the control power before working on
the circuit.
– Only reach into the setup when it is at a complete standstill!
WARNING
The Slide module is used to transport or store the
workpieces. The module is suitable for universal use
thanks to its variably adjustable inclination and
height.
If the mechanical stopper has been installed,
5 workpieces fit on the slide.
The slide module is used once in the Measuring Pro
station.
Workpieces arriving on the conveyor module are
stored on the slide module.
