Introduction to instructions and warnings
This manual is intended only for qualified technical
staff authorized to install the machine.
The informations in this manual are not intended
for the final user.
This manual refers to AG/CTRL control units for
automation made of a ROGER AGILIK barrier; it
should not be used for other devices.

Product description

AG/CTRL control unit enables automation control
by means of two high resolution magnetic encoders:
encoder 1 mounted on the rear side of the brushless

motor and controls the motor, while encoder 2 is

mounted on the side of the gear reducer controls

the position of the barrier, even when is set to

manual mode; digital signal generation ensures
29
high performance, reliability and intensive use. The

cover cap is suitable for the installation of a double

LED signalling system, consisting of a MASTER board

and a SLAVE board; it can be configured as either

flashing or - alternatively - as semaphore signalling
(in this case the flashing system should be installed

externally).

It is also possible to install the lights on the barrier,

the photocells, a safety edge, keyboards, key

selectors, an external flash, a radio receiver, a led
that indicates the open/closed status, an electric
locking system and a clock.
There are two configuration levels: a simple one
that satisfies
and an extended one (advanced level) where the
automation can be customised.
