Mounting return connection

All the items required are contained in the parts set
1 687 016 035.
1. Turn-in line connector (Pos. 1) using ring-type connec-
tor (Pos. 2) and two flat sealing rings (18 x 22 mm) into
the return bore of the IP pivoted arm and tighten in
place.
2. Slide connecting pipe (Pos. 3) into ring-type connector
and tighten.
3. Screw lock coupling (Pos. 4) using flat sealing ring
(10.2 x 13.5) into connecting pipe and tighten.

Mounting adhesive label

All the items required are contained in the parts set
1 687 016 032.

Clean and grease adhesive surfaces before attaching
adhesive labels with a suitable product (e. g. spirit).
1. Detach adhesive labels (Pos. 1) from foil and attach
to heat exchanger (Pos. 2).
2. Unhook the CRS 845(H) mounting panel from the
KMA measuring device.
3. Detach adhesive label (Pos. 4) from foil and attach
to front cover of KMA measuring device (Pos. 3).
4. Insert CRS 845(H) mounting panel back onto the
KMA measuring device.
