ELECTRONIC MONITOR.-
MAINS CONNECTION.
Insert the jack (m) for the transformer
into the connection hole (k) on the
main body (bottom, rear of the
machine)
and
transformer (g) into a 220 V mains
supply, Fig.1.
The monitor will switch itself off
automatically if the unit stands idle for
more than 1 minute.
Important: Deposit electronic compo-
nents in special containers, Fig. 2.
ELECTRONIC MONITOR.-
To make control over the exercise
more
comfortable
complicated, the lower section of the
display on this electronic device gives
simultaneous
distance
and
alternatively, revolutions per minute
(RPM), speed, calories and watts. The
top of the display shows a graph for
the selected program, along with its
number, or a manual operation graph
for gauging the desired exercise
settings.
The screen will switch itself on
automatically as soon as you start
exercising. Select user.
There are 8 keys at the bottom of the
monitor:
- QUICK START/STOP:
Used to start training.
When this key is pressed the exercise
will begin after a 3 second countdown.
- PROGRAM:
This selects the program.

- RECOVERY:
This selects the recovery program.
- FITNESS PROGRAM:
This selects the body mass program.

- ENTER:
Value confirmation key.
- RESET:
This resets all of the measurements
(time, speed, calories,...) back to zero.
To use it, keep the RESET button
pressed down for 2 seconds and this
will reset the variables back to zero.

ADJUSTMENTS.-
When you press these keys you will
be asked for certain data or settings
relating
WEIGHT;
CALORIES and PULSE.
Each program can have its own
specific settings.
After specifying all of the program
parameters, when you reach the last
setting and press the ENTER key the
exercise program will start.
PROGRAM.-
Select the desired training profile by
using thePROGRAM button.
You can then start training by pressing
the QUICK START button.
