Mounting
The IN3000 Direct safety system is only allowed to
be mounted by authorized specialist personnel.
Select the mounting location and the mounting
position for the safety switch such that
 it is difficult for operators to access the safety
switch when the protective device is open,
 it is possible to inspect and replace the safety
switch.
Bypassing the inductive safety switch using simple
means must, as per EN 1088-A1, be prevented by
appropriate installation features.
The IN30-E0407K, IN30-E0305K and IN30-E0208K
safety switches must be installed non-flush (see
Fig. 3, Fig. 4, Fig. 6).
 The IN30-E0407K safety switch is not allowed to be
installed flush; this type of mounting results in the
categorization I2A12SP2 as per EN 60947-5-2.
 The IN30-E0305K safety switch is not allowed to be
installed flush; this type of mounting results in the
categorization I2A18SP2 as per EN 60947-5-2.
 The IN30-E0208K safety switch is not allowed to be
installed flush; this type of mounting results in the
categorization I2A30SP2 as per EN 60947-5-2
 The IN30-E0306K safety switch is allowed to be
installed flush; this type of mounting results in the
categorization I1A18SP2 as per EN 60947-5-2.
