針とルーバーは次のように合わせます｡
1. はずみ車を回して針棒を最下点にし､ 針棒抱
き止めねじ 1 をゆるめます｡
Adjust the needle and the looper as described below:
1. Turn the handwheel to bring the needle bar to
the lowest position of its stroke. Loosen needle
bar connection setscrew 1 .
Ajuste la aguja y el enlazador según lo descrito a
continuación:
1. Gire el volante para que la barra de agujas se posi-
cione en su posición más baja de su carrera. Afl oje
el tornillo de fi jación 1 de conexión de la barra de
agujas.
（針棒の高さを決めます。 ）
2. 針棒 2 の第 1 マーク A を針棒下メタル 3
の下端面に合わせ､ 針棒抱き止めねじ 1 を
締めます｡
オルガン針（TV 7）を使用する場合は、左
側の刻線を使用します。
シュメッツ針（UY-128GAS など）を使用す
る場合は、右側の刻線を使用します。

2. Align fi rst (uppermost) marker line A on needle
bar 2 with the bottom end face of needle bar lower
bushing 3 . Tighten needle bar connection setscrew
1 .
In the case ORGAN needle (TV×7) is used, use the
marker lines on the left side of the needle bar.
In the case Schmetz needle (such as UY-128GAS),
use the marker lines on the right side of the needle
bar.
(Determinación de la altura de la barra de agujas)
2. Alinee primero la línea demarcadora más alta A de
la barra de agujas 2 con la superfi cie de extremo
inferior del buje inferior 3 de la barra de agujas.
Apriete el tornillo de fi jación 1 de conexión de la
barra de agujas.
En caso de que se utilice la aguja ORGAN (TVx7),
utilice las líneas demarcadoras del lado izquierdo de
la barra de agujas.
En caso de que se utilice la aguja Schmetz (tal como
UY-128GAS), utilice las líneas demarcadoras del
lado derecho de la barra de agujas.
