Specifications concerning safety in medical environment
• The operational mode is "Continuos operation".
• Note that this product is CLASS I rated when using with the AC adapter.
• To avoid danger of electric shock, connect this product only to a power source (commercial) equipped with a protective
grounding.
• Since all peripheral devices connected to the signal input part or the signal output part are constituted as a medical system,
liability and responsibility to make the whole system to fulfill the standards required of IEC60601-1 Clause 16 shall arise.
Do not simultaneously touch any of these connectors and a patient.
• Contact your dealer, installer or customer support described in Operating Instructions for installation.
• Do not install this product in a place where it is difficult to pull out the power cord.
• Use "Hospital Grad" mains plug and POWER SUPPLY CORD for compliant with ANSI/AAMI ES60601-1 (for United States)/
CAN/CSA-C22.2 No.60601-1 (for Canada).
• Under some SINGLE FAULT CONDITIONS, the temperate of right side of the CCU enclosure could get hot and there is a
possible RISK of a burn if touched.
• When this product has been used for many years, there is possibility that some parts may be deteriorated ,that can cause a
malfunction or lead to an accident, depending on the use environment even though there is no defective part in appear-
ance. Check daily if there is any of the following.
Found any of these?
• Smoke, burnt smell or abnormal sound issued.
• The power cord, power plug or AC adapter is
abnormally hot. There is a crack or a breakage.
• Receives a succession of electric shocks when
touching the product.
• No image is displayed when the power is turned on.
• Abnormal sound issued from the fun. Or the fan is
not spinning.
• There is other unusual error or damage.
