On/Off
The screen is empty and black when your appliance is off. Your appliance shall
turn on when you press the on/off key ( ) for about 3 seconds to operate your
appliance. The display illuminates and switches to standby screen.
You shall press and hold the on/off key ( ) for 3 seconds to turn off your appli-
ance. The oven shall give an audible warning in 1 second and it shall be turned off
after 3 seconds.
Your appliance shall not turn off if you stop pressing the on/off key before 3
seconds.
If there is a program running while your appliance is turning off, the symbol of the
running function flashes on the screen, warning symbol flashes and an audible
warning is heard.
CAUTION!
If the oven is turned off by pressing the on/off key while there is a running
program, the oven is turned on with the main menu screen and there is no
need to set the clock when the oven is turned on again.
When the appliance is energized for the first time, current time information
shall be entered to operate the oven functions. You may not use the func-
tions of the oven without entering the current time information.
Setting the Time of the Day (when the appliance is energized for the first
time)
Time/Hour digits will flash when you first plug in your device. During this flashing,
you can set the time by up/down (
key for once, the minute digits will start to flash. During this flashing, you can set
the minute.
The setting section shall switch between the hours and minutes with each press
on / off key. Press on/off key long to save the time of the day you have set and/or
to start using the oven.
