Insert the cooking thermometer completely inside the breast part of the poultry
with thickest meat. Place the cooking thermometer horizontally or vertically as per
the condition of the poultry meat. Then turn the poultry upside down and place it
so that the breast part shall be on the bottom in the wire grill.
Do not remove the cooking thermometer if you want to turn the food upside
down. Check if the cooking thermometer is at correct position after turning
the food upside down.
If you remove the cooking thermometer during the process, all settings
shall be reset and you shall perform the settings again.
CAUTION!
Pay attention to prevent jamming of the cord of the cooking thermometer.
To prevent damage to the cooking thermometer due to high temperature,
the distance of the cooking thermometer to the grill heaters and to the grill
surface shall be at least a few centimeters. Meat may swell while being
cooked.
