Function Definition
Upper and Lower Heating Elements
Upper and lower heaters are on. The
food is cooked simultaneously from top
and bottom. It is applicable for instance
for cooking cake, patty or cakes or
stew in moulds or containers. Cook
using a single tray.
Upper - Lower and Turbo fan Ele-
ments
Lower and upper heaters and the fan
(on the rear wall) are on. Hot air is dis-
tributed equally and rapidly inside the
oven thanks to the fan. Use a single
tray for cooking.
3D Function
Upper heating, lower heating and fan
heating are open. Each side of the
product to be cooked is cooked equally
and quickly.
Ring Heater and Turbo fan Elements
The hot air heated by the fan heater is
distributed equally and rapidly
throughout the oven with the fan. This
is is suitable for cooking of your food at
different rack levels and there is no
need for pre-heating most of the time.
Lower and Turbo Fan Elements
Lower heater and the turbo fan on the
rear wall operate simultaneously. Suit-
able for cooking pizza.
