MAIN FUNCTION DESCRIPTION
Max. Grill and Turbo Elements
Hot air heated with the bigger grill is
distributed rapidly inside the oven
thanks to the fan. This is suitable
grilling more meat.
Max. Grill
Inner and outer sections of the upper
heater on the ceiling of the oven
operate simultaneously. Suitable for
grilling large and medium sized meat.
Min. Grill
Only the inner section of the upper
heater on the ceiling of the oven oper-
ates. Suitable for grilling small and
medium sized meat.
Eco
To save power, you may use this func-
tion instead of cooking with fan support
for cooking operations between
160-220°C. However, the cooking time
shall be a litle longer.
Lower heating
Only the lower heater is on. This is
applicable for instance to bake pizza or
food that requires to be browned on
the lower section.
Keep Warm
Used for keep the food at proper tem-
perature for serving for a long period of
time.
Thawing
The oven does not heat, only the fan
works. Suitable for thawing granular
frozen food slowly at room temperature
and for cooling cooked food.
