tightly to the back of the
Touch PC.
No electrical power at the AC
power receptacle.
Defective power transformer.
corrective Action
Remove the LithoVue Flexscope. Ensure
the connection terminals are dry and
clean. Ensure the plug on the Flexscope
Cable is properly aligned with the key on
the Workstation Receptacle. Ensure the
plug is fully inserted into the receptacle.
If User Message remains after a repeated
connection, replace the LithoVue Flexscope.
Remove the LithoVue Flexscope. Ensure
the connection terminals are dry and
clean. Ensure the plug on the Flexscope
Cable is properly aligned with the key on
the Workstation Receptacle. Ensure the
plug is fully inserted into the receptacle.
If User Message remains after a repeated
connection, proceed to step below.
Reboot the System Workstation. If the
problem still exists, contact Boston
Scientific for support.
Dispose of the LithoVue Flexscope and
replace with a new one.
Ensure the Power Transformer's switch is
turned on and the green LED is lit.
Ensure the ends of the AC Power Cord are
firmly connected to the Power Transformer
and to a power source.
Ensure the end of the DC Power Cord is
firmly connected to receptacle on the
Touch PC.
Check the hospital's electrical outlet.
