HQC system status
The following figure shows information relating to the HQC system composition and some significant parameters in
real time.
The first five items display values for the following parameters in real time:
Arc Voltage = voltage between electrode and workpiece to be cut/marked
Arc Current = cutting/marking current
Coolant Flow = flow of coolant
Coolant Temperature = temperature of the coolant
Aux Press = pressure of air entering the gas console in bar/10
The following nine items show some information on system composition:
Power Source Model
Serial Number of the HQC system power source
Firmware version of the system power source
Cutting Charts (cutting chart version number)
Torch Model
Gas Cable Length used in the system
Plasma Valve Console used in the system
Water Secondary Console (optional)
External Interface - type of interface used with the CNC/Robot
