Error codes

Errors are divided into two categories:

Hardware errors [E]: these cannot be reset and therefore require the power source to be restarted. They are
displayed on the screen with a red background.
Alarms [W]: these are associated with an external condition that can be reset by the user and do not therefore require
the power source to be restarted. These are displayed on the screen with an amber background.

6 [E] The power source does not communicate
with the gas console or with the cooling unit
7 [E] The power source does not communicate
with the interface circuit
9 [W] The gas console does not communicate with
the power source
16 [E] Continuous voltage lower than minimum
accepted value
26 [E] Problem with the internal clock
27 [E] Error in the power source control board
FLASH memory
30 [E] Current detected in module IGBT1 with arc off Contact the CEBORA Service Department
31 [E] Current detected in module IGBT2 with arc off Contact the CEBORA Service Department
35 [E] Current measurement off the scale in module
IGBT1, during cutting
36 [E] Current measurement off the scale in module
IGBT2, during cutting
39 [E] Current detected in pilot arc circuit, with arc
off
40 [E] Hazardous voltage: fault in power circuit
49 [E] Current detected in pilot arc circuit, during
cutting
55 [E] Electrode exhausted
58 [E] Error during firmware updating
68 [E] Mains voltage does not meet specifications

Check the connection between the power source
and the gas console or the cooling unit.
