Connecting torch CP455G

3.4.1

Pantograph applications

• Connect the bundle of pipes emerging from the torch to the PVC valve console (Item No 469), tightening them to the
respective gas outlets and following the order indicated by the pipe markings (see Fig. 3.9).
• Use a set square to ensure that the torch is at right angles to the pantograph cutting plane.
• Insert the torch cable (Item No 1640, 1642) in Unit HV19-1 (Item No 464) , or in Unit HV19-CNC/PVC (Item No 459) as
shown in the left side of figure 3.10.

Robot applications

• Connect the bundle of pipes emerging from the torch to the ignition unit – HV19-PVC Robot valve console (Item No
462), tightening the pipes to the respective gas outlets and following the order indicated by the pipe marking.
• Use a set square to ensure that the torch is at right angles to the pantograph cutting plane.
• Insert the torch cable (Item No 1639) into the ignition unit – HV19-PVC Robot valve console (Item No 462) and follow
the instructions in the previous section.
