Coocking with the function DELTA T (∆T)
ENGLISH
11
DELTA T is a particular type of cooking where
the difference between the core temperature
(measured with the core temperature con-
trol) and the cooking chamber temperature
remains always the same. In other words, the
temperature inside the baking chamber is the
result of the additino of a fixed DELTA T (chosen
and set by the user) to the core temperature of
the food.
In case you use DELTA T, the division of the
time into 4 basic periods is deactivated; the
total cooking time is unknown as the cooking
stops when the core temperature of the food
reaches the set one.
System to set the temperature
a) Cooking chamber temperature only.
b) Cooking chamber temperature + core tem-
perature control.
c) Core temperature control + Delta T.
NOTE:
When you use solution "b", DELTA T cannot be
used;
When you use solution "c", you cannot set the
cooking chamber temperature
To set the different temperatures required
by the chosen solution push the key you find
on the left side of the temperature regulation
knob.
"START / STOP" key
The "START / STOP" key has to be used when
you want to start the cooking. Furthermore, it
can to be used when you want to pause the
appliance: to continue the cooking program
from the point it stopped, press again START
/ STOP.
When the oven is working the led is lit up. When
the oven is turned on, but it is not working, the
led is turned off.
"+1" key
When the oven is working in the manual ver-
sion, every time you push this key you add 1
minute to the total set cooking time.
When you use the oven in the digital version
and you are using the saved programs, this
key can be used only at the end of the last
