Before starting any connection, the qualified
operator must make sure that the data on the
appliance label are valid for the gas existing
in the plant.
Just in case the gas of the plant is different to
the one used for the standard set up, please
read carefully the chapter "Transformation
and adaption to different gas types".
The appliance must be connected respecting
national current laws existing in the country.
The appliance must be completed with an
interception tap between the machine itself
and the gas source. This tap must be placed
in a spot that can be easily reached.
To connect the oven to the gas net you have
to use the ISO 7-1 3/4" connection you find on
the left lower part of the back of the oven. For
the connection you can use rigid or flexible
tubes interposing a certified interception tap.
If you use flexible tubes, these must be made
of steel, must not pass near hot areas and
must not be subject to torsional or tensile
stress. If you use non metal materials, such
as seals, they must be certified and approved
according to the current European rules. Test
the seal of the gas system with a solution of
water and soap or with specific non corrosive
foaming substances. Never use a free-flame
to seek gas leaks.

Adjustment operations must be completed by
qualified personnel. Referring to the technical
data you find on the chart, substitute the main
nozzle and regulate the primary air through
the related bushing.
Complete this operation only after you close
the interception tap between the gas net and
the oven and after you switch off the general
power. Check that the diameter of the nozzle
to be substituted is printed on the nozzle sur-
face in hundredths of mm (1 /100 mm).
You find the nozzle in the left lower part of the
back of the oven. To substitute the nozzle and
regulate the primary air, operate as follows
(see the following picture):
- Loosen screw A .
- Move bushing B to the right.
- Screw out and remove nozzle C using a 13
mm spanner.
- Install the proper nozzle for the type of gas
you are going to use see technical chart A
in the "technical data" sheet.
- Place bushing B at the correct distance H
(you can find the proper one on technical
chart A in the "technical data" sheet.
- Screw back in screw A.
Warning!
After any adjustment operation, make that you:
- Apply an inerasable sticker with the correct
information about the new installation on
the label with the technical data.
- Seal again the adjusted parts.
- Check properly the seal of the gas system.
- Effect a general working test.
