整します。
1) ナット 4 をゆるめます。
2) 止めねじ 5 を左右に移動させ、ジョイント 6 を左
右に移動させます。
3） 固定メスストッパ 2 と糸切りベース3 のすき間が
1.5mm のところでナット 4 を締めてください。
調整後は、 リンク 7 の上下に遊びがあること
を確認してください。また、エアシリンダ 1
を手で動作させ、糸切り装置がスムースに動
くことを確認してください。
Adjust so that the clearance between counter knife stopper
2 and thread trimmer base is 1.5 mm when air cylinder 1
is in the extreme left position.
1) Loosen nuts 4.
2) Move setscrew 5 to the left or right to move joint 6 to
the left or right.
3) Tighten nuts 4 at the position where the clearance
between counter knife stopper 2 and thread trimmer base
3 is 1.5 mm.
After the adjustment, confirm that there
are plays at the top and bottom of link 7.
Cau tion
In addition, actuate air cylinder 1 by hand
and confirm that the thread trimmer device
smoothly works.
