PRESENTATION

The Baler was planned to operate when being towed by a farm tractor, activated
through its power socket. It collects, presses into rectangular bales and ties
automatically, using plastic or natural cord (sisal), forage plants used in producting
hay, such as: coast-cross, alfalfa, oats, rhodes, rye-grass, clover etc., native
grasses and stalks of crops such as: wheat, soybean, rice etc.

FUNCTIONING

COLLECTING:
Retractable springs collect the material from the ridge and take it to the feeding
table.
FEEDING:
The transporting fork introduces the material, from the feeding table into the
pressing chamber.
PRESSING:
Within the chamber, the material is pressed by a piston into rectangular bales.
TYING:
When the bale reaches the predetermined size, a mechanism activates the
needles, which take the other end of the cord up to the knotmaker where the
tying is performed.
NOTE:
Optionally a hoist can be used which unloads the bale into a cart connected to
the machine.
