SYMPTOM

CAUSE
1- Product very wet.
2- Press is overloaded.

ment.
1- Adjustment of the
clutch outside the spe-
cification.

regulated with the
counterblade.
3- Baling with exces-
sive

PROCEDURE
1- Ball with suitable
humidity.
2- Reduce the work
speedand collect less
material.
3- Straighten the teeth
of
the rammer.
1- Reduce the compac-
tion
of the bales.
2- Sharpen and
regulate.
1- Replace the safety
pin
of the handwheel.
Restart
reducing the work
speed.
1- Increase pressure of
the clutch springs.
2- Sharpen blade and
adjust gap with the
counterblade.
3- Reduce the compac-
tion.
