Zeroing The Bale Counter; Regulating The Length Of The Bale - Nogueira EXPRESS-5040 Manual De Instrucciones

The Baler leaves the factory duly tested, lubricated and regulated. However, there
are some adjustments which need to be made in the work place, according to
the operation conditions. In order to obtain the best performance out of your
Baler, follow the instructions described in this section correctly.

ZEROING THE BALE COUNTER

The counter indicates the quantity of bales produced. In order to zero it, just
turn the button until obtaining the indication "00000", as can be seen in figure
19 below.
NOTE: The counter can be zeroed at any moment, as required.

REGULATING THE LENGTH OF THE BALE

The bundler features a regulating system that allows the production of bales
from 50 cm - 1.20 m length. In order to adjust the bundler with the desired bale
length, proceed as follows:
Loosen the lock nut (A).
Remove the bolt (B).
Move the regulator in order to increase or decrease the bale length.
TO INCREASE THE LENGTH: Move the regulator down.
TO DECREASE THE LENGTH: Move the regulator up.
After regulating, retighten the bolt (B) and the lock nut (A).
