The appliance is identified from a plate on the rear side that bears the following information:

1.5 warraNTy
The manufacturer products are normally subjected to severe qualitative and functional controls before being
installed in order to safeguard and protect the Customers.
CovEragE
The manufacturer guarantees its products from all manufacturing and processing defects and agrees to replace
any parts that may be found to be defective by the manufacturer, free of charge.
duraTIoN
The manufacturer guarantees its professional use products for 12 (twelve) months from the date of sale shown
on the purchase document.
gENEral CoNdITIoNS
The manufacturer warranty:
a) Entitles the user to free replacement of defective components acknowledged by the manufacturer or an
authorised representative.
b) The manufacturer's liability is limited to defective parts being replaced; under no circumstances shall the
manufacturer acknowledge compensation claims for anything different.
c) The parts in question must be returned to the manufacturer and all transport expenses for the parts to be
delivered are entirely borne by the Customer.
d) Normal wear and tear of the components is excluded from the warranty.
e) The warranty period is not extended if any repairs are performed.
TErMINaTIoN
Besides normal expiry of the period of cover, the warranty is immediately rendered null and void in the
following cases:
a) The identification plate of the appliance being tampered with, altered in any way or removed without the
manufacturer having been promptly notified.
b) Altering the appliance or its parts without prior written authorisation from the manufacturer. Tampering
with the appliance or its parts relieves the manufacturer from any damage caused to persons, animals
or objects, besides rendering the warranty null and void.
c) Failure to comply with the instructions provided in this manual.
d) Using the appliance for purposes other than those indicated in this manual.
e) Damage or accidents caused to the appliance due to external factors.
f) Unskilled personnel using, repairing and/or servicing the appliance.
