2.5.3 Preheat freshwater station (C)

Preheating the DHW with the freshwater station
• With the preheat freshwater station the water is preheated
according to the instantaneous water heating principle
when water is drawn off. A heat generator in a DHW cylinder
then brings the DHW up to the set temperature.

2.5.4 Therm.dis./daily heat-up (D)

Thermal disinfection to avoid legionella ( Drinking Water
Ordinance [Germany])
• Each day the entire DHW volume and the preheat
freshwater station are heated until the set daily heat-up
temperature is reached.
This function can only be used together with the preheat
freshwater station (C).

2.5.5 Cascade (E)

Cascading of the freshwater stations for higher draw-off flow
rates
• Additional freshwater stations are connected when larger
volumes are drawn off.
• This function controls several connected freshwater
stations.
