Registration

Conergy SmartControl System
Until the system is registered on the system monitoring
portal, the Conergy SmartControl can transmit data, but it
cannot be assigned to the system and is lost! Conergy
recommends that you register the system before installation.
Registration can only be carried out using your access details
as an installer or technical operator. The owner of the system
receives their access data after you have successfully
registered the system. If you still do not have login details,
you can also request these in the portal.
Logging in to the system monitoring portal
1. Open the webpage http://control.conergy.com.
2. Click on Register to register a new system.
3. Enter your login name.
4. Enter the password.
5. Carefully read the data protection statement and confirm
it.
6. Click on Login to confirm your entries on this page and
continue to the next page.
On the next page, you can register the system
| as your own system,
| for an existing customer, or
| register a new customer.
Registering a system for a new customer
1. Enter the customer's user name in the Name field.
2. Select the language.
3. Enter your password in the field Password and Password
verification.
4. Click on Continue to finish entering your login data.
