Control units

Control units for synchronous control of two or four lifting modules for height-
adjustable table systems.

The basic function is to move the lifting modules up and down.
Additional functions are the storage of positions and the approach of these
positions.
Properties of the control unit
• The electronics monitor how long the stroke modules are moved. If the maximum
permissible time is exceeded (operating time: 10% = 2 minutes ON, 18 minutes OFF),
the electronics will not allow further movement of the lifting modules. Control unit and
lifting module are protected in this way against overload.
• The control unit and lifting module switch off if the temperature rises too high.
• The range 100 mm in front of the lower end position is defined as the safety range.
– If the lifting modules reach this point, they stop and can be moved further at
reduced speed by pressing the button again.
– If you want to move downwards within the safety zone and the last movement
was upwards, press the "DOWN" button twice.
• The control detects an excessively high (weight) load on a table with lifting
modules and switches it off.
• Three memory positions can be approached by the control unit.
• Collision protection in the form of a control strip with control unit and pressure wave
sensor can be connected to the control unit (3 842 540 129 + 3 842 540 130).
• If the travel protection is activated, the table cannot be moved, thus preventing
uncontrolled movement of the table.
– Pressing the M button for 10 seconds activates or deactivates the travel lock.
