17 Troubleshooting and repair

Warning and error messages shown on the hand switch display are generated by
the control and provide information about possible faults and their cause.

Troubleshooting procedure

1. Check all plug connections for correct seating.
2. Check all cables for pinching or shearing points.
3. Replace control unit and initialize lifting modules.
See chapter 8.5.2.

Display Reason
A 64 Forced reset, the control must be
initialized.
A 65 The anti-torsion element is activated. To
move the table, you must deactivate the
anti-torsion element.
A 69 The collision protection is not connected
or defective.
A 6F Movement monitoring
A 70 Hall sensor, no signal
Hall sensor, wrong motor direction
A 71
A 72 Motor missing, no connection
A 73 Motor missing, no power
A C9 The drives were operated for longer than
permissible. To protect the control from
overheating, operation is disabled for the
following minutes.
A CA Overheating
E 69 Short-circuit, safety strip
E 6A Short circuit, hand switch connection
E D4 Short circuit at the Hall sensor at one or
more drives
E D7 Short-circuit in the supply voltage at one
or more drives
