8 Assembly

8.1 Unpacking

1. Unscrew the HEAP from the pallet.
2. For transport, use the attachment points provided for this purpose, see chapter 7

"Transport".

3. Use an industrial truck or hoist to transport the HEAP to the prepared installation site.
4. Inspect the HEAP for transport damage. Pay particular attention to cables and plugs.
5. Dispose of the packaging material in accordance with the applicable regulations
in your country.

8.2 Installation requirements

„ When installing the product, always observe the ambient conditions specified in
the technical data (see chapter 18).
8.2.1

Installation position

„ Install the HEAP level and plumb, at right angles and axially parallel. This ensures
proper functioning and prevents premature wear.

8.3 Required tool

HEAP assembled (order parameter A = 1)
• Open-end wrench sizes 13, 17, 19
• Level
HEAP unassembled as kit (order parameter A = 0)
• Open-end wrench sizes 10, 13, 17, 19
• Hexagon socket wrench sizes 2.5, 4, 5
• Hexagon socket wrench (Torx (R)) T30, T50
• Phillips screwdriver, PZ2
• Drill Ø 3
• Rubber mallet
• Level
