10.5 Setting the individually optimal table height

1. Stand by your workstation.
2. Adjust the table height so that the upper and lower arms are at a right angle (90°)
when gripping the workpiece.
If there is a great need for visual checking, set about 100 mm higher. Lower by
about 100 mm if more physical effort is required.
3. Check whether the optimum table height has been reached.
4. Note the dimension and save it.
5. Attach the enclosed sticker in the worker's field of vision.
