MAIN OPERATING PARTS OF THE MACHINE
Get to know your machine: the best way to prevent accidents and get the best
performance out of the machine is to ensure that all the operators know how it works.
Learn the function and location of all the commands.
Carefully check that all the commands on the machine are working properly.
To avoid accidents and injury, the machine must be installed properly, operated correctly
and serviced regularly.

1) Clamping button with 3 stable positions:

Up

2) Vertical slide / swing arm (to positioning the mount/demount head)
3) Mount/demount head (for fitting and removing tyre).
4) Tilt tower
5) Sliding clamp (secures wheel to table top)
6) Sliding clamp table (rotary platform supporting the wheel)
7) Tower (4) tilt pedal (2-position pedal to operate tower tilt)
8) Clamp (5) control pedal (3-position pedal for opening and closing rim clamps)
9) Bead-breaker pedal (2-position pedal to operate the bead breaker 11)
10) Table top (6) pedal (3-position pedal (For M 624, M 624 FS models):
- position 0: table top stationary
- depressed (held with foot): clockwise rotation
- raised (held with foot): counter-clockwise rotation
10) Table top (6) pedal (4-position pedal) (For M 624 2V and M 624 2V FS models):
- position 0: table top stationary
- depressed (2 position are possible): keeping the pedal pressed as far as first trip, the self-
centring chuck will rotate at first speed (6 rpm) whereas if pedal is pressed right down, the
self-centring chuck will rotate at second speed (15 rpm).
- raised (held with foot):single speed counter-clockwise rotation
11) Bead-breaker shoe (mobile shoe to detach bead from rim)
12) Filter/lubricator and pressure regulator (regulates pressure, removes water, lubricates and
filters the compressed air supply)
13) Lube bottle
14) Bead lifting tool (raises and positions the tyre bead on the mount/demount head)
15) Accessory storage compartment
16) Inflation pedal (three-position pedal for inflation of tyre with Doyfe inflator chuck (20).
17) Valve release button (button for manual release of excess air from tyre).
18) Pressure gauge (for tyre pressure readings).
19) Inflation nozzles (air blast from nozzles expands tyre sidewalls to seal beads and allow
inflation) (For Flate System model only).
20) Doyfe inflator chuck (clips on to the tyre valve for inflation).
