The appliance may be handled using fork-lift or
hook equipment of suitable load-carrying ca-
pacity .
Before lifting, check the position of the centre of
gravity of the load .
IMPORTANT: When engaging the lift-
ing device, watch out for the intake and out-
let pipes .
All installation stages must be considered right
from production of the general layout .
Before starting these stages, as well as deciding
the place of installation, if necessary, the person
authorised to carry out these operations must
organise a "safety plan" to protect the people
directly involved, as well as ensure strict com-
pliance with all legal requirements, especially
those relating to mobile work-sites .
The place of installation must be provided with
all the connections needed to supply the appli-
ance and dispose of the production residues .
It must be suitably lit and must meet all legal
health and hygiene requirements to prevent any
food contamination .
If necessary, find the exact position of each indi-
vidual appliance or subassembly and mark the
coordinates to place them correctly (see explan-
atory diagram) .
IMPORTANT:The unit is not suitable
for built-in installation .
WARNING: Do not install the unit next
to walls made of flammable material .
WARNING: Do not install the unit on
uneven, soft or sloped floors .
WARNING: Leave a gap of at least 5
cm from the wall when installing the appli-
ance .

ture, an insulating material at least 10 mm
thick (e .g . ceramic tiles), or a reflecting ma-

applicable legislation, regulations and specifica-
tions in the country of use .
