ADJUSTMENTS
INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNING FOR ADJUSTMENTS
WARNING:
Before carrying out any servicing procedu-
re, activate all the safety devices provided
and decide whether staff at work and those in
the vicinity should be informed . In particular,
turn off the gas and water supply taps, cut off
the electricity supply using the master switch
and prevent access to all devices that might
cause unexpected health and safety hazards
if turned on .
ADJUSTING GAS CONTROL VALVE MINIMUM SETTING
Natural gas
Proceed as follows .
Turn off the gas supply tap .

Pull off the knobs (A) .
2)
Remove the knob unit (B) .
3)
Undo the screws (C) and remove the control

panel (D) .
Unscrew the screw (E) .

Connect the pressure gauge (F) to the pres-

sure test point (G) .
Turn the gas supply tap back on .

Fill the jacket (see "User instructions manu-

Light the burner and turn the knob to the

minimum flame setting .
Fit the minimum flow injector (H), screwing

Slowly unscrew the injector (H) until the

pressure reading complies with the values in
the table (see back of manual) .
Check the stability of the flame .

After making the adjustment, seal the screw

with paint .
Turn off the burner, close the gas supply tap

and disconnect the pressure gauge .
Restore the initial conditions after comple-

ting the operation .

Close the gas supply tap .

Undo the screws (C) and remove the control

Fit the minimum flow injector (H), screwing
it fully down .
After making the adjustment, seal the screw
with paint .
Restore the initial conditions after comple-
ting the operation .
