INSTRUCTIONS AND WARNINGS FOR USE AND OPERATION
NOTE:
Carefully read the hazards
mentioned in section "Hazards and safety
provisions during use" on page 8 .
ATTENTION: Besides being autho-
rised and appropriately documented, and
if necessary, instructed and trained, on first
usage, users shall simulate several opera-
tions to identify the controls and main func-
tions .
WARNING: Use only as intended by
the manufacturer and never tamper with
any device to obtain performance levels
outside the rated specifications .
ATTENTION: Before use, check that
the safety devices are properly installed and
in good working order .
ATTENTION: As well as taking care
to meet these requirements, users should
also implement all safety regulations and
read the description of the controls and the
start-up procedure carefully .
WARNING: The floor near the appli-
ance could be slippery .
IMPORTANT: At the end of each
cooking cycle, after emptying the tank, be
sure to turn off the pilot light by placing the
burner control knob to "0" .
IMPORTANT: Drain the well com-
pletely after use .
AVVERTENZA: Never use the appli-
ance with no water in the well, as this may
damage its structure .

WARNING: Do not obstruct the flue to
prevent the temperature of the combustion
components and products from increasing
excessively over the admissible limits .
WARNING: Do not remove the pro-
tections preventing the accidental contact
with high temperature surfaces and ensur-
ing the correct combustion of gas appli-
ances .
To ensure correct use of the appliance, the fol-
lowing rules should be adopted .
– Use only the accessories recommended by
the Manufacturer .
– When filling the jacket, do not use water with
hardness in excess of 10°f .
– Do not obstruct the safety valves during use . .
WARNING: During use, check that
the pressure gauge reading does not exceed
0,5 bar .
– Check that the water level never exceeds the
maximum level .
– If the pan safety valve ??1 vents too often,
turn the burner control knob ??1 to adjust
the power of the flame down to the mini-
mum setting . (see "switching the burner on
and off") .
– Always keep the appliance and the surround-
ing areas clean .
– When cleaning, use only food-approved de-
tergents .
IMPORTANT: During routine use of
the appliance, the Operator's constant pres-
ence is required .
